Tullis House was purpose built in 1990, to provide supported accommodation for twelve older people. We have ten very comfortable single rooms and one double, all with modern en suite shower facilities. There is a pleasant respite/guest room which is available for a stay of up to one month.

The House is located within easy reach of the local shops in the centre of Monifieth, with regular and frequent buses to Dundee and Arbroath.
The House is constructed over two floors with lift access.
All rooms have ensuite showers, and disabled bathing and shower facilities are also available.
Tullis house has three small well equipped kitchens for resident to make their own breakfast at a time that suits them. Two delicious and nutritious home-cooked meals are served every day in the spacious communal lounge/dining room. The room has comfy armchairs and settees for relaxing or socialising.
The House has a 24 hour alarm system and door entry system, all residents' rooms and communal areas have pull cards for use in an emergency.
Our location is close to the local Churches of various denominations, and the local Medical Health Centre.
