Situated in the small town of Aberfeldy in the beautiful Tay Valley, Eskdale was built in 1880 and is in close proximity to shops, the Doctors Surgery, Dentist and local amenities including the Community owned cinema. The lovely river Tay is within 5 minutes walk and the mountains of Ben Lawes and Schiehallion viewed from nearby.
We have seven good en-suite bedsitting rooms and one suite which has a bedroom and separate lounge. Four rooms are on the ground floor and four are on the first floor, with stairlift access available between floors. All rooms have a mini kitchen including a small fridge. You can bring your own furniture and personal belongings from home and furnish your room to your liking. Your room is cleaned and your laundry done for you weekly.
There is a communal lounge and dining room and a conservatory on the ground floor. We have bright well-kept gardens that residents enjoy spending time in during the warm weather. All rooms have Wifi and a Community alarm system in addition to TV and telephone points.
Breakfast food of your choice is provided to enable you to start the day when you like to. In addition two home-cooked meals are provided each day and morning coffee and tea are served in the lounge or conservatory.
There is off road parking for those with cars.
We have regular activities such as weekly games and other social events.
